

This Storybook Cottage is large enough for a 6'3" man to stand inside. It fits inside an 8' ceiling height. I planned it this way ~ so that when my grand children insist that I play with them, I can. This particular house sits inside a room that is 10x11.
Cottages like this are original works of art and not practical for toddlers who would pick it apart and choke on the bits and pieces. It is perfect for those children who can play pretend without plundering.
Its construction is quite sturdy and forgiving but it will not stand up to a child bent on distruction.
That said... if your child fits the profile and you are still interested; then you should also know the cottages are individually made to order and each embellished detail is original to that particular cottage.
